How do I get started?
Getting started is easy—just give us a call at 816-530-0188 or fill out any contact form on our website. Our Senior Project Manager will personally reach out to you by phone or email to discuss your project or repair needs.
I have a leak—do you offer emergency repair services?
We prioritize active roof leaks and strive to address them as quickly as possible, often the same day. However, we do not offer 24/7 emergency services. We’ll do everything we can to complete repairs or provide temporary solutions.
Do you use subcontractors for your roofing projects?
No, we don’t use third-party subcontractors. Every job, big or small, is handled and supervised directly by our Senior Project Manager. We take pride in our workmanship, ensuring that every detail is done to our high standards of quality.
Do you offer financing options?
We don’t offer financing. We ask that our customers have the necessary funds in place for their roofing projects. For larger projects, we provide a detailed payment schedule, agreed upon before we start, so there are no surprises. We accept checks, cash, money orders as payment.
Do you work on shingle roofs?
Yes, we handle all types of roof systems for commercial buildings that have shingle roofs.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we do! We offer complimentary estimates for repairs, replacements, or retro-fits. We’re happy to travel across the Kansas City area to assess your roofing needs.
When is the best time to schedule my roofing project?
Roofing projects can be scheduled year-round, but weather conditions may impact timelines. Rain in spring and fall, thunderstorms in summer, and snow in winter can affect the schedule. Our Senior Project Manager will recommend the best time to start based on the materials you choose and the current weather conditions.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes, we do. In addition to manufacturer warranties, we provide a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee on all roof replacements and retro-fits. We also offer limited labor and material warranties for most repairs and projects. Contact us to discuss the warranty options that best suit your needs.
